Looking to bring the world of sharks straight to your screen? Book an exclusive live Zoom session with me and dive deep into the lives of one of nature’s most misunderstood predators. These meetups are designed for individuals, classrooms, school groups, university lectures, or curious minds of any age who want to learn more about sharks, the science behind them, and what it takes to turn cutting-edge research into international documentaries for Shark Week and SharkFest. Each session is fully tailored to your needs—whether you’re a teacher hoping to inspire the next generation of marine scientists, a university lecturer wanting your students to hear from someone in the field, or a lifelong shark fan curious about what goes on behind the camera. I blend scientific insight, personal stories, and dramatic behind-the-scenes accounts of filming in the wild ocean with real footage and visuals. With time for Q&A and interactive discussion, it’s an unforgettable opportunity to explore the ocean’s apex predators up close, from the comfort of your own space.

Frequently asked questions

It is up to you! My virtual meetups are exclusive events, but you can choose if you want to meet singularly (e.g interview) or as a group (e.g. class)

We coordinate a time via email that works for everyone—time zones can be tricky when we’re spread across the globe! Once a time is confirmed, I’ll send out a Zoom meeting link. At the scheduled time, we all join the call and enjoy the meetup together.

If you let me know at least one day in advance, I’m happy to reschedule your session at no extra cost. If you miss the meetup without notice, you’re welcome to book a new one—however, this will be treated as a separate session and charged accordingly.

That’s entirely up to you! While the topics vary based on your interests, many sessions naturally focus on my areas of expertise—sharks and documentary filmmaking. Students often want to explore careers in shark science, conservation, or creating films for Shark Week and SharkFest. Journalists sometimes use the time to get expert insights on current shark-related news. Whatever your goals, we’ll tailor the discussion to suit your needs.
